We strive to break the cycle of homelessness by empowering those we serve, because everyone in our community deserves to be off the streets.

Our goal at Off The Streets (OTS) is simple: open a low barrier homeless shelter in Billings as soon as possible so that all homeless in our community
have a place to stay where they are warm, safe and feel welcomed.

While OTS is focused on providing a permanent low-barrier shelter to help those in need, we have not lost sight of the potentially dire circumstances the
colder seasons bring. We must help fill the gap to ensure our friends on the streets are kept warm and safe. When cold weather hits, our impact and the need is greater. Your donation will help with the day-to-day expenses tied to caring for this vulnerable population. It will also keep our dream alive for a year-round low-barrier facility.
