Rich Hall

Rich has spent his adult life in Billings, starting as English teacher at Lewis & Clark Jr. High. He moved on to Streeter Brothers where he spent the next 40+ years selling property and liability insurance. He also tried to stay involved with all parts of our community. This included being active in local, state, and national trade groups. He spent years volunteering with United Way, giving his time through his church, and 18 years leading a Young Life group. He's served as chair of Midland Roundtable, been both chair and a member of the board at Billings Studio Theater, a member and chair of the Metra Park Board and a member of the Billings Catholic Schools Foundation among others. As a board member for Off the Streets, he was attracted to this organization because he sought practical solutions to some of our area's housing problems.
