Volunteers give off the streets a makeover

It's a new sign of hope in downtown Billings. That's the message of a new mural that volunteers from Faith Chapel have been busy painting as part of a beautification project at the Off the Streets emergency shelter. It was just one of many projects tackled in one night on the OTS campus. All in all close to 100 volunteers converged on the property planting trees, creating a dog park for residents, ripping out weeds, adding landscaping rock and plants and creating a 2-story mural designed to give our residents hope.
