Partnering with the unshelteredon their journeytoward home.
Billings alone has over 300 people that are considered homeless each night in the community. Help us provide them a path to stability and shelter.
Our vision
We strive to create a community where nobody has to sleep on the streets.
In December 2023, we opened the doors to a 12-bed emergency shelter with one mission: to serve those too often overlooked—the chronically homeless. These are individuals who have slipped through the cracks of our systems, many carrying the burdens of severe mental illness, addiction, or generational poverty.
Since then, our small shelter has grown to 30 beds. We have walked alongside more than 600 individuals, helping 70% secure more permanent housing and greater financial stability. These aren’t just statistics. They are evidence of lives changed, hope restored, and new beginnings made possible.
Our long-term goal at Off The Streets (OTS) is simple: to open a permanent, low-barrier shelter in Billings where every person experiencing homelessness has a safe place to stay and a chance to take the next step on their journey toward home.
